Okay sports fans and sports enthusiasts, if there was ever a book written for you, this is it! The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live by Robert Tuchman is a must have for anyone who loves sports.

This comprehensive guide of sporting events hand selected by Tuchman, founder of TSE Sports & Entertainment, not only lists 100 sporting events you must see in your lifetime, it includes travel and ticket options, recommends the best hotels, details restaurants and nightlife options and shares tips to make your trip even more memorable.

Even someone like me who I wouldn’t consider a huge fan of sports–except hockey, of course–will find something to love in this book. Tuchman not only shares the significance of an event’s inclusion, but also the history behind the event, some fun facts, who attends the event, notable quotes, and relevant websites. This book has it all!

Some events are expected: the Super Bowl, the World Series, the Stanley Cup (my favorite), and Wimbledon. My friends who live in Green Bay will be thrilled with the inclusion of a late season Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau Field. But The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live also includes lesser known events, such as Midnight Madness at University of Kentucky, the Backyard Brawl in Morgantown, and the Bayou Classic. Maybe these aren’t as unknown as I think, but I certanly had never heard of them, and this book allowed me to learn more about the places that host these events and who attends them.

After reading The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live, I’m certain that Tuchman lives, eats and breathes sports of all kinds. His passion is evident from the get-go, which made me want to keep reading.

The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live will make the perfect gift for the sports fanatic in your life.
